Grp-Laminator produced a proud mould to be able to offer replacement hub caps for your car. These hub caps fit 15" turbo rims as well as many other rims. They have been moulded from original caps and so are identical in size and appearance. GRP have found that the big problem with the original caps is that the clips on the inner edge break and so give a poor fit. This will inevitably result in the caps falling off during driving. Our Technical/design department gave this matter considerable thought before deciding on the best way to get around this. There are many ways, some more costly than others. We decided that the simplest and most cost effective method of securing the caps was to redesign the inner edge. This redesign incorporates five fixing points. Each fixing point works in the same way. You run a "zip" tie through the fixing point and around the turbo rim. When all five are in position you pull each one in turn until the desired position and tightness is achieved. You can then leave the caps on the rims all the time if you wish. The wheels can be removed leaving the caps on. To remove each cap you need simply cut the zip ties and the cap will fall away. This is a cost effective method of securing the caps without defacing them.

Fitting is simple
Remove wheel nuts to remove rim then place 5 tie tags per wheel through brackets on hub caps then and fasten to the rim make sur all are tight and cut excess tie tags off!
Then replace rim on you car and tighten and check bolts on each wheel after replacing them
